You have one life. You deserve a better boss.
2) Forgive them.
They don’t know who they are, what they do and why they do it.
They are strangers to themselves.
They may treat you horribly but as weird as it may sound…
They have good intentions, just the same as most human beings.
They crave love—either the love they didn’t get in their childhood or the excessive love they got from their parents.
They have fears, low self-esteem, insecurities.
What should you do?
Both options are valid.
