It’s hidden in the obvious.
It’s so obvious that you can’t see it.
It’s a feeling that fluctuates.
Just like every other feeling.
You’re happy until you become sad…
You’re sad until you become happy…
Mental health becomes a problem when you don’t want it to fluctuate.
That’s like not wanting to play by the rules of the game.
You are anxious because you’re not open to feeling anxious.
You are depressed because you’re not open to feeling depressed.
Like most things in life… you can’t have your mental health unless you are OK with losing it.
